3479 migrate priority table builder helper calls to new version

Convert a few priority pages to use the new table builder helper:
- Calendars#index
- ReferentialLines#show (table of Routes)
- Routes#index
- TimeTables#index
- RoutingConstraintZones#show (table of StopPoints)
Also fix a few bugs along the way:
- Broken breadcrumb on Calendars#show
- TimeTable polymorphic link generation in table builder 2
Additionally, get rid of the route_sp context variable in RouteDecorator because it didn't seem to be necessary.
