CORS patch disappeared

Hi, When I pulled from your develop branch, I realized all cross origin restricted requests were unsuccessfull again. Then I realized that you lost the OPTIONS controller and the custom json/4 function (helpers). Do you want me to reopen a pull request from https://github.com/CommOnEcoute/ucengine ? Cheers.
